Skipping between CNN, MSNBC and FOX on cable TV, I feel like I’m watching the NBA Finals, game 7, with less than 30 seconds to go with a tie game! There is even a running scoreboard that does not go away during commercials! Then, looking to the Internet, sites like NewsJunk.com feed the fire. My GTD list is huge. That makes it daunting to decide what item to do next. Recently I was able to do a large update, where I made sure all my next actions were indeed next actions and not general descriptions or projects. This made my list larger, but each item on the list now makes sense as a real actionable item. I would like to know how you cope with the issue of a very large GTD list. An essential skill for the tech entrepreneur is to be able to quickly produce prototypes. Sure, you can always outsource that, but if you like to dabble and coding is your idea of fun, you might want to create these prototypes yourself. While in many cases scripting languages and frameworks like Ruby on Rails and Symfony will get the job done, the following 19 tools allow an even more rapid turnaround, especially for more complex prototypes with many data sources.

As you can probably tell, things have been busy lately for me. Most of my efforts have been focused on ThemBid.com marketing and development. With that said, there has been one significant milestone towards the Life 2.0 project. I have finally made the switch to Ubuntu from Vista, thus laying the OS foundation.
